NFL games today: January 8
There are 14 NFL games today. The Week 18 NFL schedule continues on Sunday afternoon, with several games featuring playoff implications.
We have two AFC East battles, with the New England Patriots still vying for a playoff spot, but they’ll be taking on the Buffalo Bills, who are viewed as true Super Bowl contestants. In Florida, the New York Jets are hoping to foil the Miami Dolphins’ hopes to sneak into the AFC Wild Card, with a kickoff set for 1 PM on FOX.
A classic AFC North scrum takes place at 1 PM with the Cleveland Browns doing their best to keep the Pittsburgh Steelers out of the playoffs at Acrisure Stadium on CBS.
In the NFC, the Seattle Seahawks are still alive, but they’ll need the 12th Man at their best to defeat the Los Angeles Rams at 4:25 PM to have a chance. The same goes for the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers, who kick off at 8:20 PM on Sunday Night Football.

2023 Pro Bowl games – February 5, 2023
Instead of one singular Pro Bowl game pitting AFC talent against NFC talent, the NFL has announced a new format beginning this season. We now will have a week-long ‘Pro Bowl Games’ showcase featuring flag football. This will be a multi-day AFC vs NFC competition where players will be given the chance to display both their football ability and non-football abilities at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The games will begin on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
