What did the Heat offer for Bradley Beal?

According to Shams Charania, the Heat are willing to make one of two deals with the Wizards. Both include future first-round picks, serving as the centerpieces of the return for Washington.

  • Washington Wizards trade: Bradley Beal
  • Miami Heat trade: Multiple firsts, Kyle Lowry and one of Duncan Robinson/Victor Oladipo

The inclusion of Lowry and Robinson’s contracts is there to match salaries. Washington would be prioritizing the future first-round picks, while eating the contracts of Robinson ($37.5 million over the next two years) and Lowry ($29.682 million next season).

What did the Suns offer for Bradley Beal?

As reported by Charania, Phoenix is offering two different trade packages to Washington. It gives the Wizards a choice between DeAndre Ayton or Chris Paul.

  • Washington Wizards trade: Bradley Beal
  • Phoenix Suns trade: Deandre Ayton/Chris Paul, Landry Shamet

While Beal is a three-time All-Star selection and made the All-NBA Third Team in 2021, he’s playing on one of the worst contracts in the NBA. As a result, the Wizards’ return for him is significantly limited.
